Honda CT90 KO 1968.

Been in Family since new ..Unrestored just loved and polished a lot ! 15,200 miles sine new

1967 Honda S90. This was a recent purchase under the "when you see one, buy it" theory.

Back in the early 1980's I was working at Redfern and inner suburb of Sydney. I used to ride my Honda CB750 K2 to work each day and one day I noticed this very original 1974 Honda MT125 Elsinore in the motorcycle parking area. Being a Honda enthusiast it caught my eye and a few days later I caught up with the owner. The gentleman was in his 60's and rode three miles each day from Mascot to Redfern. We often chatted about the bike and one day he decided to retire and asked my if I would like to buy it. Well what could I say? Yes of course. The super fast CR125 and 250 versions were taking the motocross tracks by storm and I could imagine this MT would have been stripped down and used off road until it was wrecked.
This MT has only ever travelled 2,127 miles from new and is totally unrestored. At the time it had NSW rego and still has the bracket on the headlight for the front number plate from when they were compulsory. The Elsinore was Honda's first foray into 2 strokes for at least 20 years but later released several other models in their two stroke range.

1970 CB750 K1 used between 1970-79 with 18k miles.
Found in a shed and cleaned up in 2019.
Now hits the road every week..

Honda CX500 Turbo 1982

Original condition US model with only 14,000 miles.













V-twin pushrod, water cooled, shaft drive. Electronic fuel injection and ignition. The 50mm HIH turbocharger boosts the standard CX500 output from 50hp to 82hp.

Not a sales success as it was expensive, complicated, heavy and feels underpowered when not on boost.

I like it because it seemed so space-aged when I was a teenager and in 1982 the closest I could get to one was building the Tamiya 1:12 scale model kit of it.

I also have two Tamiya model kits to build, including a vintage 1:6 large scale version. Hard to get motivated now I have the 1:1 version!

Honda CB1100RC 1981. Australian Delivered
It was pure luck that I came across this bike. It was not advertised, but when i knew if its existence i flew 1500km with cash to negotiate. it was in pieces, stored in a warehouse, but all there, just put it together from track bike to street legal again, basically while checking safety items and engine etc. New Honda bodywork included.
