Once you have managed to login, under your account settings you can change your login name and your password (PC only, not mobile APP)

If you have forgotten your password, use the "Login With One-Time Code". A code will be sent to you via email (or other selected method). Once logged in to your account, you can reset your password (PC only not mobile APP) and change your login name.

If you do not receive your OTC after several minutes, check your junk mail.
